Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 August 2026

Jason Clark, trading as PixelCork, is the controller of personal information collected through this website. PixelCork is based in Cork, Ireland. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@pixelcork.eu or raised by phone at +353 89 477 5081.

Information collected

The contact form may collect your name, email address, business name, service interest, budget, preferred timeline and the project information you choose to provide. If analytics consent is given, Google Analytics may collect information about your device, browser, pages visited, approximate location and interactions with the website.

Why information is used

Enquiry information is used to answer your request, prepare a quote and take steps toward a possible contract. Existing client information is used to provide agreed services, communicate about the project, issue invoices and meet legal obligations. Analytics information is used only with consent to understand and improve website performance.

Legal bases

PixelCork relies on steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract for enquiries and client work. Legal obligation may apply to accounting records. Legitimate interests may apply to basic business administration and website security where those interests do not override your rights. Consent is used for Google Analytics and can be withdrawn at any time.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Google provides Analytics when you accept analytics cookies. Email and other service providers may process information when required to answer an enquiry or deliver a project. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, PixelCork relies on safeguards made available by the provider, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Client project and accounting records may be retained for up to 6 years after the relationship ends where needed for legal, tax or contractual purposes. Information may be kept longer when a dispute or legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.

Complaints

Please contact PixelCork first so the concern can be addressed. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission through dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

Google Consent Mode denies analytics storage by default. Analytics cookies and behavioural analytics are not enabled until you accept them. Read the Cookie Policy or use the Cookie Settings button to change your choice.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and date will always appear on this page.
